I called Apple Support. (That's a first too.) In UNDER AN HOUR, with ALMOST NO UNNECESSARY WORK, they SOLVED my OBSCURE PROBLEM. The initial rep took down my info, realized it was over her head, and xferred me. No on hold, no annoying "we value you" messages. And the specialist rep solved my problem. I didn't know I could BE more fond of this company. MAD PROPS, APPLE!!!
